Mindfulness teaches us a set of tools to manage the challenges of life, it also enhances our sense of well-being. By taking time to stop, to breathe and to notice, we step into the present moment and become more able to deal with whatever life throws at us.
Mindfulness is a simple, easy and down to earth approach that can help us to be the best we can be in various areas of our life.
The course is made up of four sessions:
week 1 & 2: The end of worry and the power to let things be
week 3 & 4: Living adventurously, relinquishing control and becoming joyful
