This course is open to graduates of the 8 week course or experienced meditators.
In these sessions we will re-visit and deepen our Mindfulness practice. If you have not yet done it, it will offer you an excellent opportunity to develop your own personal practice and to enhance your understanding of Mindfulness. Existing concepts will be taught in greater depths and there will be the opportunity to learn some new. The sessions will help you to identify blocks to your practice and encourage your intention to make formal and informal mindfulness practice a part of your life.
