When we finished our 8 week course many of you expressed a wish to stay connected. This evening is an opportunity to do just that and to also reconnect with your mindfulness practice.
We will hear how you are doing. If you were able to bring mindfulness into your life or if it somehow got lost in the busy-ness of doing so much. You meant to come back to it but never managed?
This evening is an opportunity to renew your commitment, reflect on your experience of mindfulness and to be with others.
Due to the nature of this evening, attendance is limited to those who have attended the 8 and/or 4 week course.
