People who come for one-to-one sessions come from various backgrounds and age groups and feel mostly perfectly okay about themselves. But there can be times when we are at our wits end and whatever we try – self-help books, running the Iron man, cookery classes – did not provide the relief we hoped for.
Sometimes we have to ask: what can we do when nothing that we do will do. I know what if feels like to be busy and I know what can help: mindfulness.
