The retreat is an insight yogaretreat, in which we investigate how to establish and cultivate mindfulness through our yoga practice.
On the basis of the four foundations of mindfulness we will explore how to establish and build mindfulness within the physical body through movement and in stilness.
We will touch upon body-mind and how mindfulness in the body works as the basis of the 7 factors of awakening. We will also touch upon how we kan work with the hindrances through a kind and connected mindfuld body.
Every day there will be individual learning through reflection and inquiry, learning through group dynamics and sharing and theme based learning through Helens’s teaching.
This retreat is sutiable for everybody but will be of special interest for those having a mindfulness or insight meditation practice and to everybody who wants to deepen their understanding of mindfulness as taught in a buddhist practice.
