A wonderful way to come together to focus on specific themes and learn new practices.
You can choose to attend a morning session or the entire day.
These are suitable for and open to all.
Attendees of the 8 week course may attend a specified mindfulness morning for free or the entire day for just £25. Please pay the £25 via cash or cheque on the day.
24th February 2018 – Feeding and releasing your demons
The practice of mindfulness teaches us to be comfortable with that which is uncomfortable by learning to establish a more fruitful and creative relationship with our difficulties.
Mindfulness helps us to see that pushing away what is difficult is counterproductive. By meeting our demons and by “feeding” them we can release treasure hidden within them.
During this day we will learn mindfulness based strategies that will help us cope with our inner enemies and behaviour patterns that often undermine our best intentions.
The day will be jointly faciliated by Helen and Sarah Lovatt
