This course will introduce us to the next stage of mindfulness, weaving together new mindfulness meditations and elements of body centered psychotherapy to live our lives with meaning, connections and clarity.
Throughout the course we will bring a texture of “effortlessness” to our practices. Through the small initial effort of “unhooking” our awareness from chattering thoughts you will discover an ease and comfort in the relationships with ourselves and with others.
Included in this 5 week course is one free Mindfulness Day
