Mindful Eating: new 5 week course
Monday Evenings: 7.00pm – 9.00pm:
January 14th, 21st, 28th, February 4th.
Fifth week: Saturday February 9th, 10am – 4pm
Savour your food, savour you life – learn mindful eating and conscious cooking
facilitated by Helen and Nikki Brown of Heartfelt Nutrition
During this course you will combine mindfulness based meditation with learning about nutritious meals in a supportive and caring environment. We will practice mindfulness and will eat and cook delicious healthy food.
You will learn about
- eating for health and vitality
- develop awareness of your relationship with food
- explore how mindfulness can help you with emotional eating
- develop insights and skills to have a positive relationship with your body
- learn to prepare, cook and eat food that is healthy and supports your well-being
