A wonderful way to come together and revisit your mindfulness practice

This drop-in evening sessions have a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, welcoming newcomers and those who have previously attended a mindfulness course. This is quite a small group; it was formed by previous attendees who enjoyed the course and who want to continue to meet up monthly. Based on the needs of the participants there will be a guided meditation and some sharing.

Cost:The initial session is for free, after that it is £ 15.00 per session.
