Mindfulness days are an opportunity to revisit your mindfulness practice and to deepen your understanding. The day will involve periods of enquiry, sharing in the group and periods of silence.
These are suitable for and open to all.

You can choose to attend a morning session or the entire day.
10.00am – 4.00pm: day session. Cost: £55
10.00am – 1.00pm: morning session. Cost: £35
Attendees of the 8 week course may attend a specified mindfulness morning for free or the entire day for just £25. Please pay the £25 via cash or cheque on the day.
