Our New Year’s day is a wonderful opportunity to set aside time to practice mindfulness in a mutually supportive environment. By stepping out of our daily activities, we are stepping back into ourselves and begin to reflect the previous year.
Mindfulness practices in movement, lying down and sitting will connect us with the calm still centre that is in us, right here , right now. We will access a clarity that helps us setting our intentions for the year to come.
10.00am until 4.30pm – cost £55
Attendees of the 8 week course may attend one mindfulness morning session for free
This yoga day has to be attended for the entire day but those eligible for the free mindfulness morning can attend for just £25.
