space to be

provides opportunities to step back from daily life in order to breathe more freely, enjoy some silence as well as some purposeful conversations and enhance a sense of well-being and focus.

Mostly mindfulness-based, and completely non-denominational, space to be is designed to support people’s physical and mental health.

space to be supports to deepen our  relationship to the natural world, gives space for reflection or just taking some time off to let go and see what happens.

Be yourself • Reflect • Explore • Be nourished •  Be quiet • Connect with others •  Feel better
