As summer draws to an end and autumn begins, treat yourself to a wonderful combination of mindful yoga, mindful meditation and restorative yoga.
Our session will weave together yoga and mindfulness practices to release tension in the body and mind, culminating in a Restorative Yoga practice with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation), to leave you feeling more integrated and balanced and ready to embrace the autumn!
A welcoming practice of wellbeing, open to all.
