about helen stephenson

Helen Stephenson is listed as a Mindfulness teacher, trainer and supervisor with BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches), formerly known as the UK Network of Mindfulness Based Teachers.

Helen has spent a life time dedicated to the practice and study of yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, meditation and counselling. She feels she can bring the wealth of her experience to benefit her clients.

MindfulnessMK is listed as a Mindfulness Teacher on the UK Teachers Network and meets the UK Good Practice Guidance. This underwrites the quality of the training you receive.

about yeshoda

Yeshoda has been meditating since she was around 6 years old, but after a serious episode of depression she sought out new ways to cope with her anxiety and ADHD and found mindfulness. 

She works with individuals to help them learn about depression, anxiety and ADHD. She specialises in helping people understand, accept and work with their lives as they are, in order to reach their goals. Using mindfulness based practices can be a gentle way to not only improve your mental health and quality of life but also to boost you up towards your goals and passions. 

Yeshoda also runs a clinic specialising in helping children and young people who fall under the umbrella of neurodiversity.
